This Spectacular twilight panoramic photograph of Vancouver was taken by Christopher Gjevre. It features downtown Vancouver, home of the 1986 World Exposition, as seen looking across False Creek. Featured on the right is B.C. Place Stadium with its air supported dome. Opened in 1983 with 60,000 seats, it hosts the B.C. Lions CFL football team.Originally it was called Granville,it was re named after Capt. George Vancouver.
