In the distance behind Bank One Ballpark is Camelback Mountain with Squaw Peak to its left. The capital of Arizona lies on a flat desert surrounded by mountains and green fields. The climate, with its warm temperatures and low humidity, makes Phoenix one of the most desirable vacation spots in the United States. The area is often referred to as the Valley of the Sun.
